On the fence?

Come on over. The grass is definitely greener on this side.

Do I qualify for a card?

The qualifying illnesses for your Montana Medical Card are:

  • Chronic Pain
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome or Crohn’s Disease
  • PTSD
  • Cancer
  • Glaucoma
  • Multiple Sclerosis

You’ll need a doctor’s appointment to verify your condition – but don’t worry, we make that path straightforward too. We work with the respected local doctors in every community that we serve, and we will even set up your appointment for you.

How much does it cost?

Spark1 wants to help lighten your load while you’re dealing with health issues.

So this one is on us.

Regularly it costs roughly $150 to pay for your doctor’s appointment and the state fees required to get yur card.

But we cover all  those fees so you don’t have have to stress about coming up with the cash.

Let us take a load off your mind.

What about my privacy?

As a registered Medical Marijuana patient in Montana, the state’s Department of Public Health and Human Services has a record of you as a patient.

But that’s as far as it goes.

There is no public list that can prevent you from receiving health care benefits or getting a job.

The important thing to know is that Ballot Measure I-182 was overwhelmingly passed by voters this year, and your legal rights are protected by the Montana State Constitution.

Spark1 will:

Schedule your doctor's appointment

Pay for your doctor's appointment

Pay the state filing fee

Mail your application form to the state

Take care of EVERYTHING for you
